Socials Posted is an independent business based in Manchester that provides social media management services to businesses and business owners. We started our company in 2019 and continue supporting local and national businesses throughout the UK. 

It’s easy. Select your plan and contact us. One of our team will arrange a call and help you get onboarded. They will discuss your social media objectives, agree on your plan, and learn more about your business. Once onboard, we will create your initial posts within five days and let you know when you can view these on your scheduling link.

No. Before signing up, you must agree to our Terms of Service. All plans are rolling monthly, and you can cancel or restart anytime.

Yes. You can pay for your plan monthly, quarterly, or six-monthly recurring. We will help you set up a recurring payment subscription through Go Cardless. After each payment has been made, you will receive an invoice.

If you decide we’re not for you, we’ll refund you anytime during the first 14 days after signing up. We want to allow you to work with the team and get a feel for your plan before joining us regularly. The 14-day guarantee period begins the day you sign up.

We work with all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn (Personal and Company pages) and Google My Business. 

Do I have to share my social media login details?

No! Once you are onboard, we will send you a secure link to connect your social media profiles. We don’t see your login credentials; our system is ultra-secure.

All our plans include a range of weekly post volumes; choose from 2, 4 or 6. If you need additional posts, you can either upgrade or let us know, and we will discuss how we can support this. 

We create 14-day customised posting schedules based on your brand’s needs and objectives. We’ll work with you to determine the best posting frequency for your audience and industry.

We create social media content based on your requirements and objectives. Our team of content creators will develop personalised strategies that resonate with your target audience.
 
We don’t use AI or Bots when writing your content, and all posts go through an approval process to ensure they meet our quality standards before being scheduled.

Yes, we always recommend you review the posts before they’re published. Before a post is published, you can review, edit, and request changes. You can even upload content for us to use in future content.

Yes. We will create a unique post and then schedule this across your connected profiles. Please note some content may be shortened, for example, X (formerly Twitter) has a character limit to adhere to. 

We use various strategies to engage with your followers on social media, including generating interest, encouraging comments, and sharing content. You can add this feature with our Community Management add-on. You are free to comment on your posts at any time with anyone.

We monitor metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, impressions and more. We can provide detailed reports to help you understand your return on investment (ROI).

We monitor local and industry insights and encourage professional development to stay current with the latest social media trends. This ensures that Socials Posted remains cutting-edge and effective.

You can add reports to your plan for a small monthly cost (included in our Plan 3). Once added, you will have access to real-time analytics to monitor the performance of your connected profiles.

Yes, of course. You can use the content scheduler and publish your posts (in addition to the ones we create for you) or post directly to your platforms using your social accounts.

Our service is month by month, so you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel, we kindly ask that you provide 14 days’ notice before your next payment date.
